- Can I subscribe with my card via the website?
- No. findEvent does not collect card info or sell subscriptions via the website, due to cybersecurity and credit card storage risks. Payments happen only via App Store and Google Play, from inside the app.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Cancellation is fully done via your phone's settings. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. One tap and you're cancelled — your premium perks continue until the end of the period.
- Will you ask for ID later for the blue check?
- Absolutely not. findEvent's core philosophy rests on 'Zero Sensitive Data Storage'. A purchase made via the store is enough for your profile to carry the blue check for life — no legal document upload, ever.
- Which cities is the subscription valid in?
- Premium features are valid across all 5 active metro cities: Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Eskisehir and Antalya. Wherever you are; blue check, unlimited posts, ad-free stream and all other perks work the same way.
- How do I open an account?
- You sign in to findEvent with your Google account in one tap. No classic password setting, no email verification code to wait for, no phone number to verify — your profile is ready in seconds.
All purchases made via App Store and Google Play are subject to the terms of those stores. Your Premium perks stay active for the subscription period; they auto-renew at the end or can be cancelled from device settings. findEvent does not accept direct payment or card info outside the stores.
